What is metrosexual?

Everyone thinks that a metrosexual guy is a gay guy.  Let's get this thought out of our heads now because this is far from the truth.  A metrosexual is an urban male who is somewhat of a "perfect" guy.  He is meticulous and a perfectionist but he still loves his football and basketball.
