 Getting
rid of depression
1) keep busy. Find something that gets you energised and catches
your
attention.
2)Stay social! Go out and meet people, and don't expect people to
come to
you. Go out and have fun with friends.
3) Get outside in the sun and plenty of exercise. Eat plenty of
healthy and
nutrient-filled foods. " A healthy body aids a healthy mind"
4) Be willing to take a break. Some people work themselves into
a state of
depression. Take the day off and kick back.
